Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. All items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking information provided.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by location.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at orders@demosdajeweler.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry.

Insurance

All orders are fully insured during shipping. High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.
