30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewelry for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Original packaging and certificate of authenticity must be included
• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Items with visible signs of wear
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at orders@demosdajeweler.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
3. Securely package your item with all original materials
4. Ship the item back to us using the provided label

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or style. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Layaway & Financing Returns

Items purchased through layaway or financing plans are subject to the same return policy. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment plan terms.
